Membership Renewal Procedure

Online Renewal Instructions:

National has a new membership data system called Community Hub, where your Personal Snapshot is located. You will need to have access to your Community Hub Account to renew online, which requires your email address and the password you created.

If you have accessed your Personal Snapshot, just log in and renew.
If you have not accessed your Personal Snapshot/Account in the Community Hub, you will need to go through the password reset steps below.

Password Reset Steps

Go to https://www.aauw.org/membership/ and click Log In.
Click the Forgot your password link.
Follow the instructions and enter the email address you use for AAUW emails.
In about 5 minutes you should receive an email from [email protected]/AAUW Password Reset Requested. (check your spam emails)
If you don’t receive the email, shut down the website and send an email to National’s [email protected] with the subject line, Password Reset Problem. Include your name, email address and CA0081-Petaluma in the email.)
After you receive the Password Reset Requested email, follow the instructions to reset your password.
When you have successfully reset your password, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected]/Your AAUW Login Password Has Been Changed.
You can enter your email address and “Create and Confirm your Password” to access your Personal Snapshot in the Community Hub.

In the Community Hub and On Your Personal Snapshot Page:

Scroll down and click on RENEW.
Verify and update your contact info if needed. Then click NEXT.

Online Membership Management Pages:

Your college information: Verify and update if needed. Then click NEXT.
Your degree information: Verify and update if needed. Then click NEXT.
AAUW Dues Fees and Tax Deductibility: Click on National ($72). Then click NEXT.
Branch and State Memberships: Click on Yes. Then click NEXT.
Click on CA0081-Petaluma Branch Dues: Scroll down and click NEXT.
Shows CA0081-Petaluma Branch Dues as Primary Branch: Click NEXT.
Shows CA-California States Dues: Scroll down and click NEXT.
Would you like to include a donation to the Greatest Need Fund: This is your decision to donate or not to donate to National’s Greatest Need Fund. Then click NEXT.

Checkout Page:

The top area should show Membership for [your name], 7/1/2023 – 6/30/2024, and the membership dues of National $72, Branch $18 and State $20. (Total Dues are $110.) Scroll down.
Donated Products (If you included a donation, you will see "One Time Donation Products" and the amount you donated.
My Payment Methods: Follow directions. Then click on SUBMIT to process the payment.
